Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us in writing at return@sohanscents.com before the 14 days are up.

Condition of returned goods

Fragrance is a sealed cosmetic product. Under EU distance-selling rules, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. In practice: unopened and still sealed, we will take it back. Opened, we cannot.

This is exactly why the Discovery Trio exists at €18. Find out what a scent is on 2 ml rather than on 10.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email return@sohanscents.com with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including postage. There is no form and no restocking fee.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the cost of sending it back. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we do.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and confirm it is unopened, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
