When a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order for example because an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before payment.

Products

Our products are perfumes. They are cosmetic products and are not medicines. We make no claim that any product treats, prevents or improves any medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim. Ingredient lists, including declarable fragrance allergens, are provided on every unit and on the product pages. If you have a known sensitivity, read them.

Intellectual property

The SOHAN name, mark, product photography and written content on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
